A booking is requested through this website and is reserved once the $50 reservation payment is received and confirmed by Versus Mobile Gaming Studio. Your event is not confirmed until we confirm payment. The remaining balance is due before the event.

Requests to reschedule or cancel should be made as early as possible by phone or email. Availability of a replacement date is not guaranteed. Bookings requested within 48 hours may include a last-minute booking fee, which is disclosed before you submit.

You are responsible for providing legal, level parking of at least 50 feet for the trailer, and safe access to the event location. If the trailer cannot be safely placed, the event may not be able to proceed.

• Sender. Text messages are sent by Versus Mobile Gaming Studio (Proc Enterprises). We are the message sender; messages are delivered through our messaging provider, Twilio.
• How you opt in. By checking the separate, unchecked SMS consent box on our booking form. The exact language presented is: “I agree to receive transactional text messages from Versus Mobile Gaming regarding my booking, payments, event reminders, scheduling changes, and related customer-service communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”
• Message types. Booking received, booking confirmation, deposit received, partial payment received, paid in full, remaining balance reminders, upcoming event reminders, rescheduling confirmations, cancellation confirmations, and important event or customer-service updates.
• Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your booking activity.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Opting out. Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages. STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT are supported.
• Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at 609-969-1111 / Nick@procenterprises.com.
• Not a condition of purchase. Consent to receive text messages is not required to book with us. You may book and communicate with us by phone and email instead.
• No marketing by default. Consenting to booking-related texts does not enroll you in promotional or marketing messages.
• Privacy. See our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information is not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Guests use the equipment at their own risk and must follow staff instructions. You are responsible for damage caused by guests beyond normal use.
