• Contact details you enter when booking: name, email address and phone number.
• Event details: date, time, address, event type, guest count, add-ons and notes.
• Booking and payment status records (payments are processed by GoDaddy Payments; we do not store card numbers).
• Consent records: when you opt in to text messages we store the exact disclosure language shown to you, the consent version, the date and time, the page and form, and technical metadata such as IP address and browser user agent.
• Communication logs: emails and text messages we send you, with delivery status.

Your phone number is collected so we can reach you about your booking — confirming your event, coordinating arrival and setup, handling payment and scheduling questions, and reaching you on the day of the event. Providing a phone number does not by itself enroll you in text messages.

We only send text messages to customers who have separately and affirmatively opted in by checking an unchecked box during booking. The disclosure presented at opt-in reads:

I agree to receive transactional text messages from Versus Mobile Gaming regarding my booking, payments, event reminders, scheduling changes, and related customer-service communications. Mobile opt-in information and consent records are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We share the minimum necessary information with service providers who operate parts of this service on our behalf:

• Our hosting and database provider, to store bookings and consent records.
• Our email provider, to deliver booking emails.
• Twilio, our text-messaging carrier partner, to deliver SMS messages you opted in to.
• Google Calendar, to schedule your event on our internal operations calendar.
• GoDaddy Payments, to process your reservation payment.

These providers may only use the information to perform their service for us. We do not sell your personal information.

Booking records, communication logs and consent/opt-out records are retained for as long as needed to operate the business and to demonstrate compliance with messaging regulations. Opt-out records are retained indefinitely so that a number that has opted out is never re-contacted by mistake.

Our services are marketed to adults booking events. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
